Classification of rough leather knives can be divided from two aspects: coating and length:
Classification by coating:
TICN coating: has high hardness and wear resistance, suitable for high-speed cutting and heavy-load processing.
TIN coating: has good heat resistance and anti-adhesion performance, suitable for processing in high temperature environment.
TIALN nano superhard coating: has extremely high hardness and wear resistance, suitable for high-precision and high-efficiency processing.
Non-coating: suitable for general processing, low cost, but relatively short wear resistance and life.
Classification by length:
General length: suitable for conventional processing needs, moderate length.
Extended length: suitable for deep hole or long distance processing, providing better stability and cutting effect.
